All first floor offices are accessed through this area which has spare seating which can be used as a waiting room. The toilets and kitchen are also in this area.

Based on the ground floor next to the main entrance to the building, this office is light and airy with views through the estate to Southampton Water. A comfortable 2 person office but could take three if required. Toilets and kitchen are on the first floor.
